Netflix is thrilled to debut the official trailer for Carry-On, an electrifying thriller from acclaimed director Jaume Collet-Serra (Jungle Cruise, The Shallows). Starring Taron Egerton (Rocketman, Kingsman) and Jason Bateman (Ozark, Horrible Bosses), Carry-On delivers a tension-filled, edge-of-your-seat battle of wits that keeps viewers guessing until the very end.
This is not a homage to the old Sid James, Barbara Windsor British comedy classics as you can see from the trailer, but a Die Hard 2-esque thriller with Egerton and Bateman playing cat and mouse games in a airport with people’s lives on the line.
Carry-On follows Ethan Kopek (Taron Egerton), a young TSA agent on a routine shift during the holiday season. His ordinary day takes a dark turn when a mysterious stranger (Jason Bateman) forces him into a high-stakes, life-or-death game that could put hundreds of lives in jeopardy. As Kopek is drawn into a web of manipulation and terror, he must make impossible choices and confront an adversary whose motives remain dangerously unclear.
