The laugh out loud comedy FAMILY CAMP stars YouTube’s The Skit Guys, Tommy Woodard (TV’s “The Glory Of Christmas”) and Eddie James (TV’s “The Glory Of Christmas”), in their first feature film as two polar-opposite dads who get caught up in a battle for a coveted church camp trophy. FAMILY CAMP is available to Buy or Rent on Digital 13th February from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
When their pastor encourages the congregation to sign up for a week away at family church camp, busy businessman Tommy Ackerman and his wife Grace (Leigh-Allyn Baker) figure it could be the perfect cure for their imperfect family – even if they’d all rather be anywhere but at rustic Camp Katokwah. Things go awry when the Ackerman family find themselves sharing a cabin with the smugly perfect and pious Sanders family. Countless mishaps and one-upmanships ensue for these families as they compete for the camp Katokwah trophy and use faith and forgiveness to learn about the importance of family.
Directed by Brian Cates (TV’s “The Glory Of Christmas”), the film also features Leigh-Allyn Baker (TV’s “Good Luck Charlie”), Gigi Orsillo (Pursuit Of Freedom), Robert Amaya (Pursuit Of Freedom), and Cece Kelly (F.E.A.R.).
FAMILY CAMP is released 13th February and has a runtime of approximately 111 minutes and is rated PG.
