They might might be family comedies, classics, animation or a straight up feel-good movie, but be assured they are all Christmas movies for you. This is the story of a young hero boy on Christmas Eve who boards on a powerful magical train that’s headed to the North Pole and Santa Claus’s home. What unfolds is an adventure which follows a doubting boy, who takes an extraordinary train ride to the North Pole; during this ride, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery which shows him that the wonder of life never fades for those who believe.
As we edge ever closer to the big day the films just get that much better and today we have The Polar Express with Tom Hanks, who plays no less than 6 roles/voices in the film. The Polar Express will leave you distinctly feeling far more christmassy than when you went in. A beautifully animate tale, that has all the excitement, thrills and loads to enjoy as we reach the destination of th the North Pole on search for a very special someone to reinvigorate the season. Also, you may recognize several voices, Eddie Deezen (Eugene from Grease), Steven Tyler (Of Aerosmith fame), Josh Hutcherson (The Hunger Games) & Michael Jeter (Drop Zone) among many, many others.
