Welcome to October, the spookiest month of the year. And to celebrate the 31 day countdown to Halloween, we present you the 31 days Of Horror Streaming! All the films you can watch on UK streaming platforms as you count down the days to scariest day of the year!
All the films selected are from the horror genre. They might might be creature features, classics, comedy horror or a straight up gore fest, but be assured they are all Horror movies for you. We will present one a day, some maybe more obvious enteries than others, but we hope that you enjoy them all.

A television film crew, documenting the night shift of a Barcelona fire brigade, get much more than they bargained for when they attend an apparently routine call-out. Upon arrival at an inner city apartment, the firefighters are viciously attacked by the elderly female occupant, who appears to be in the throes of some sort of viral infection. Before long, the virus has taken hold of the entire building, which is cordoned off by the authorities. Trapped inside, the television crew – using their cameras to capture the events as they unfold – and the other remaining survivors find themselves pitched into a nightmare of unimaginable proportions.

So if The Blair Witch Project established the ‘found footage’ phenomenom in cinema and we know it wasn’t the first to do it. Then REC came along and bludgeoned people and perfected it. This short (Just shy of 80mins long) Spanish movie absolutely will scare the living daylights out of you. Think of it as 28 Days Later in a apartment building and you’ll get the idea. Not since Day of the Triffids on the BBC has there been something that came along and knocked you over leaving you terrified in your mind long after the whole ordeal is over. It spawned several sequels and a US remake, but nothing comes close to the simplicity of the ferocious terror of this, the orginal.
