So out of nowhere a newcomer makes the list. A refreshing new take on the slasher movie, with a sprinkle of Back to the Future, Heathers and Scream thrown in for good measure. A dead on (No pun intended) culture clash, time travelling slasher. Think of it as Peggy Sue Got Murdered. Some serious fun here as well as some serious stabbings. The “Sweet Sixteen Killer” likes to stab all of their victims 16 times. Lots of red herrings, twists and turns before all is said and done. It’s worthy of a cinema release rather than just being put out on Prime. But still it’s one to seek out as you may just be pleasantly surprised. Read the Screen One review HERE
